產品介紹

線粒體膜電位熒光探針10-壬基吖啶橙溴化物是美國AAT Bioquest生產的細胞膜電位熒光探針。10-壬基吖啶橙(NAO)是吖啶橙的衍生物, 是一種用于完整細胞內線粒體特異性熒光標記物。與Rh123相比,細胞中NAO的積聚與質子動力驅動關系不大,但是與線粒體相關膜蛋白或者脂類發生作用相關。NAO的攝入不依賴于線粒體跨膜電勢差,可用于檢測線粒體。NAO可與心磷脂等帶負電荷磷脂特異性結合, 其與線粒體膜的相互作用不依賴于線粒體的膜電位; 分析細胞凋亡時, 可用羅丹明123來檢測線粒體的膜電位, 而用NAO來檢測線粒體結構的完整性。NAO和羅丹明123(Rh123)是研究線粒體功能一對好的染料。百螢生物是AAT Bioquest的中國代理商,為您提供最優質的線粒體膜電位熒光探針10-壬基吖啶橙溴化物。
