將HeLa細胞與(Tubulin +)或不與(Tubulin-)小鼠抗微管蛋白一起孵育,然后與iFluor 488山羊抗小鼠IgG綴合物(Green,Left)或Alexa Fluor 488山羊抗小鼠IgG綴合物(Green,Right)孵育。細胞核用Hoechst 33342(藍色)染色。
