產品介紹

DiTO -1在化學上等同于TOTO®-1(TOTO®是Invitrogen的商標)。DiTO -1是一種碳花青二聚體,具有類似于FITC的綠色熒光。它不具有細胞滲透性,可以很容易地與Cy5和羅丹明區別開來,作為核復染和死細胞指示劑。在不存在核酸的情況下它是非熒光的,并且在與DNA結合后會產生非常明亮的熒光信號。DiTO -1可在培養細胞和石蠟切片中進行強而有選擇性的核染色。通過細胞可滲透的Nuclear Red LCS1染料和不滲透細胞的TOTO®-1進行的同時標記可用于評估細胞活力。DiTO -1和Nuclear Red 的消光系數都比結合DNA的碘化丙啶大。
