樣品實驗方案

工作溶液配制

Gelite Safe 工作溶液

在7.5-8.5的pH范圍內使用(例如,TAE、TBE或TE pH 8.2)緩沖液稀釋10,000X儲備試劑來制備1X Gelite Safe工作溶液。
注意:在水中配制的染色溶液比在緩沖液中配制的溶液不穩定,必須在24小時內使用。

 

后染色方案
1.根據您的標準方案運行凝膠。
2.將凝膠放在合適的聚丙烯容器中。 輕輕加入足量的1X染色溶液以浸沒凝膠。
注意:請勿使用玻璃容器,因為它會吸收染色溶液中的許多染料。
3.在室溫下避光輕輕攪拌凝膠約30至60分鐘。
4.使用300 nm / 254 nm紫外透射儀或使用長距離綠色濾光片(例如SYBR®濾光片,GelStar®濾光片,GelGreen®濾光片或GelRed®濾光片)的凝膠掃描儀對凝膠成像。

 

預染色方案
1.使用標準方案準備瓊脂糖凝膠溶液。
2.在倒入凝膠之前,將10,000X Gelite Safe儲備試劑以1:10,000的比例稀釋到凝膠溶液中并徹底混合。
3.根據您的標準方案運行凝膠。
4.使用300 nm / 254 nm紫外透射儀或使用長距離綠色濾光片(例如SYBR®濾光片,GelStar®濾光片,GelGreen®濾光片或GelRed®濾光片)的凝膠掃描儀對凝膠成像。
