產品介紹

蛋白酶熒光底物Ac-Pro-Ala-Leu-AMC是美國AAT Bioquest生產的熒光底物,弱熒光AMC基板產生亮藍色熒光AMC產品,其具有Ex / Em = 351 / 430nm,并且可以使用DAPI濾光器組容易地檢測。該AMC底物用于監測蛋白酶體的蛋白酶活性。最常見的蛋白酶體形式稱為26S蛋白酶體,其含有一個20S核心顆粒結構和兩個19S調節帽。所有20S顆粒由四個堆疊的七聚環結構組成,它們本身由兩種不同類型的亞基組成; α亞基本質上是結構性的,而β亞基主要是催化性的。堆疊中的外部兩個環由每個七個α亞基組成,其用作調節顆粒的對接域,并且α亞基N末端形成阻止底物未受調節進入內腔的門。內部兩個環各自由7個β亞基組成,并含有進行蛋白水解反應的蛋白酶活性位點。百螢生物是AAT Bioquest的中國代理商,為您提供最優質的蛋白酶熒光底物Ac-Pro-Ala-Leu-AMC。
